We were engaged as the main contractor to deliver the 517m² fitout of a specialist healthcare facility for Southern Cross Healthcare on Level 1 of Building 2, 88 Hanson Street, Wellington.

The project brief was to create a contemporary clinical environment with a “hotel-style” aesthetic, combining high-quality finishes with the functionality required for private healthcare. The fitout incorporated medical consulting rooms and specialised clinical spaces, including provisions for medical gas services.

Through careful coordination and construction management, we delivered a purpose-designed healthcare environment that balances clinical performance with patient comfort. The new space offers a welcoming and considered experience for both patients and staff.
