Following Brendan Foot’s purchase of 19 Railway Avenue, we worked with them to transform the existing building into a modern Hyundai showroom.

We worked alongside the architect to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment, including a new roof, doors and windows; glass sectional roller doors to maximise natural light; and new flooring, ceilings, lighting and electrical services throughout. The works also included upgraded bathrooms, a new kitchen, glass-partitioned offices, fire protection, and new fresh air, heating and cooling systems.

Hyundai feature walls and a complete internal and external repaint brought the design together, creating a bright, contemporary showroom that enhances the customer experience and reflects the Hyundai brand.
