Commercial Kitchen, Bar & Seismic Strengthening

Originally, this project was intended as an interior fit out for the commercial kitchen, dining room, and bar. However, after conducting a seismic assessment report, we collaborated with the client and our design partners to undertake a seismic design and obtain the necessary building consent. It was crucial for us to integrate both the interior fitout and seismic works seamlessly, considering the members' requirements and minimising any disruption.

Throughout the project, the club remained operational, highlighting the importance of managing the construction activities so that they did not impede daily operations. Additionally, we have ongoing seismic works scheduled for other areas of the building, which are expected to be completed by the end of the year. By prioritising the safety of the premises and addressing seismic concerns alongside the interior fitout, we aim to deliver a comprehensive and efficient solution for the client.
