Project overview

Located on the ground floor of the Harvey Norman building in Lower Hutt, this project involved combining two existing tenancies to create a new Jetts Gym facility. The redevelopment required structural modifications and service upgrades to transform the space into a fully operational fitness environment.

The FPL approach

Working alongside the design partner, FPL managed the project from early design coordination through to completion. The installation of new toilets and showers required extensive trenching through existing foundations, followed by complex slab and foundation reinstatement works. A refurbished mezzanine level was also upgraded to accommodate modern staff offices.

The result

This project led to happy staff and happy customers thanks to a new high-quality gym facility for Jetts members, and the functional and modern staff offices.
