This project involved an exceptional office fitout for a government department, situated within an existing building undergoing active seismic strengthening.

Despite encountering some significant challenges, notably ongoing material supply shortages and coordination with the base build contractors, we successfully delivered this project to an exemplary standard.

The scope of work encompassed transforming a complete floor, with the base build provided, into a cutting-edge office fitout. This involved the installation of premium acoustically rated aluminium glazed and plasterboard partitioning, fully equipped kitchen facilities, accessible bathroom amenities, and several breakout and meeting spaces. Additionally, we integrated various bespoke joinery, furniture, and lighting features, all contributing to a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
