We expanded DSGE's existing office to encompass the entire first floor at 318 Lambton Quay.

Our approach was founded on collaboration, leveraging our construction expertise to devise a cost-effective methodology that aligned with their desired vision. By utilizing top-tier materials and finishes, we crafted an astounding space, featuring internal cedar wall cladding, pattern-cut Autex wall linings, and elegantly finished Marakesh solid plaster planter boxes.

The project included creating a spacious new boardroom, revitalizing focus rooms, establishing a breakout area, and reconfiguring a portion of the existing fitout space. Remarkably, we managed to execute the entire project while operating within a live and fully functional working environment, with the client's staff on-site throughout the process.
